2. Products & Handcrafted Specifications

Teepul specializes in handcrafted premium heavyweight door curtains, French sheer window drapery, ambient lighting, and home decor items manufactured directly at our Panipat mills.

• Dimensions: Standard curtain lengths offered include 5 Feet (Window - 60 inches / 152 cm), 6 Feet (72 inches / 183 cm), 7 Feet (Door - 84 inches / 213 cm), and 9 Feet (Long Door - 108 inches / 274 cm). Width is standard 4 Feet (48 inches / 122 cm).
• Fabric Tolerance: Due to manual cutting, hemming, and fabric elasticity under tension, a dimensional variance of up to ±1 to 2 inches is an industry-accepted manufacturing characteristic and does not constitute a defect.
• Color Accuracy: We photograph our collections in studio lighting. Actual fabric shades may slightly vary due to differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, and mobile display color profiles.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We accept secure electronic payments through RBI-licensed payment gateways including Paytm PG and Razorpay (covering UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets), as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. In the rare event an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you prior to dispatch to either confirm the revised price or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Orders, Confirmation & Dispatch

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Upon order receipt, an automated electronic order confirmation will be dispatched to your registered email and mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including non-serviceable pin codes, suspected fraudulent activity, or unverified duplicate COD placements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, product designs, proprietary photography, descriptive prose, software code, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ashank Ecommerce Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial distribution, scraping, or extraction of our imagery and digital assets without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Ashank Ecommerce Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

In all events, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions and any transactions concluded on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Panipat, Haryana, India.
