How fast do we ship?

All TEEPUL orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (working days). Estimated delivery across India is 5–7 working days.

Shipping charges

• Orders below ₹499: flat ₹49 shipping
• Orders of ₹499 or more: FREE shipping
• Cash on Delivery: available on all orders (nominal COD fee may apply on select pincodes)

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we share a tracking link on WhatsApp and email. You can track your order anytime by contacting us with your order ID.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to all major cities and most pincodes across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Delivery delays

During festivals, sales, or extreme weather, deliveries may take 2–3 extra days. If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, write to us and we’ll prioritise a resolution.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or unreachable address, re-shipping charges may apply.
